“I couldn't believe my eyes—the boy was out of his mind. There we were, warriors trembling at the sight of Goliath, and David, barely more than a child, marched up with nothing but a sling and stones. He was supposed to bring us food, not get himself killed. I had always known he was different, but this... this was madness. Yet, there he stood, fearless in a way none of us could understand, as if God Himself had given him the courage we lacked.
